You and Zmi is a Montréal based clothing brand dedicated to high quality, handmade statement pieces.

Founded in 2017 by Mia “Zmi” Ćimić with a single thrifted jacket, You and Zmi has since expanded to consciously made apparel that prioritizes fit and feel on the body.

Every piece is imagined, designed, cut, sewn, and packaged by a small team of women in You and Zmi’s atelier.

The brand name comes from a play on ‘you and me’ and Mia’s familial nickname, Zmi. “You”, the audience and customers, are the muse that “Zmi” is designing and creating for.

You and Zmi was founded to offer creative, sustainable apparel that adapts to every lifestyle through versatile, multi-wear designs. As we expand our reach and grow our community, we remain dedicated to a personal, ethical ethos in every piece we produce.

  • You and Zmi typically recommends that you machine wash your pieces on the most delicate setting in cool water with a mild laundry detergent, after which laying the item flat to dry. Specific care instructions, like for items made from satin or silk, are included in the website description of the item.

    Items with leather details like the Plein Zmi tops should by dry cleaned only.

  • Returns are not accepted. No returns/refunds for made-to-order items, customized items, preorders, or sale items. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your order, please reach out to info@youandzmi.com, and a solution will be worked out!
