• How To Care For Your You and Zmi Piece:

You and Zmi typically recommends that you machine wash your pieces on the most delicate setting in cool water with a mild laundry detergent, after which laying the item flat to dry. Specific care instructions, like for items made from satin or silk, are included in the website description of the item.

Items with gemstone buttons like the Agent dress and Agent top should be hand washed in cool water and laid flat to dry only.

• Return Policy:

Returns are not accepted. No returns/refunds for made-to-order items, customized items, preorders, or sale items. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your order, please reach out to You and Zmi with the contact link, and a solution will be worked out!
